The 麻豆区 Carnival will be held on Saturday 29th November 2025 from 11am to 4pm at Essex Heights 麻豆区 ().

All funds raised contribute to resurfacing of our outdoor basketball courts. If you're unable to attend on Carnival day, but want to make a donation towards this goal, you can do so online via until 8pm on Wednesday 26 November 2025.
Entry to Carnival is free. All welcome.
RIDE WRISTBANDS & TOKENS
The 麻豆区 Carnival is a cashless event. Ride Wristband and/or Tokens (pre-purchased online or purchased from Ticket Booths on the day) or EFTPOS apply. A Ride Wristband and/or Tokens are required for all rides and games, activities and some food stalls at the Carnival:
Purchase online on Trybooking until 8pm on Wednesday 26 November –
(Early Bird Discount available until 9 November, Full price from 10 November until 6pm on Wednesday 26 November) OR in person at the Ticket Booth from 11am at Carnival.
The SuperPass is available online only until 26 November; it will not be available on Carnival day.
Parents/carers only (not students) can collect pre-purchased Ride Wristbands and/or Tokens from the 麻豆区 Stadium on the following days:
If you’re unable to pick up your order on either of these days, collect your pre-purchased wristbands and tokens from Ticket Booth #2 (located in the Stadium) on Carnival Day.

Our Silent Auction is officially LIVE and bursting with incredible items, from gym memberships and wine to beauty treatments, vouchers, and overnight hotel stays! Check it out and start bidding here:

Creating an account is very quick, with little information required. Your account enables you to save your favourites, and makes it easier for organisers to communicate with bidders during and importantly, at the conclusion of the Silent Auction.

Donations for the Silent Auction are still being accepted. The Silent Auction is a fantastic way for local businesses and families to get involved and make a real difference. If you, your workplace, or a local business would like to contribute, we welcome items, services, or vouchers valued at $50 or more. All donors will receive a plug for their business on the auction site, reaching our school and wider community. RIDES & ATTRACTIONS
Cup and Saucer (all ages) - Ride Wristband or 2 Tokens
